Lord Vader

He's a cool little dog, funny name too. I think people only hide behind the anti small dog front, my mother has a Maltese puppy and everyone claims it isn't a real dog, yet everyone loves to play with him. That's a bunch of BS anyways, they still have the same instincts, intelligence, and attitude as most large dogs. I think the only reason small dogs seem to act differently from larger breeds, is because they're treated differently. People either pick on them, or over pamper them, do that to a big dog you'll run into the same behavioral problems.

Oh I am so glad you posted this Deano!
It's been too long since I've seen this boy ..
he's just adorable....

I bet my wife's Chi can beat up Deano's Chi . . . :sidestep:

These were from last fall when he was approx. 4 months old.

PS. I'm still a "big dog" person, but can appreciate the small dogs that have a "big dog" personality like the Chi and my Jack Russell Terrier. I have a big dog on the way soon . . .

PPS. She doesn't dress him up in clothes. She took that pic to get my brother riled up. ;)

The Jack Russell Terrier's I've seen seem to have a bigger dog personality than most dogs that are actually big.
That's a cool looking Chihuahua too, I like the blue harness. I want to get one of those for my brothers dog, they seem to fit more comfortably than those thin strap harnesses.

PS. What kind of big dog is on the way, German Shepherd maybe :)?

I often get told that my chinese crested is 'not a dog'...so I know where you're coming from.

I like both big and small dogs. But I tend to gravitate toward owning small dogs if only for their easier travelability.

Well if we are posting Chihuahuas here is Sassy she rules the house from the base boards down. She turned prematurely white as well, though she is over 8 now.

Dean it's great to see Lord Vader again. He's probably grumpy looking because of the whole bunny as an avatar thing. I think bunnies are cute too in a deceptive kinda way. I think Monty opened our eyes to their true nature. Vader would respect that kinda avatar.:wavey:
