It's time to clean Donatello's viv....he rolled around in his moss so much he spread it around  so I have to clean it.
Whats the best way to clean it out? I have lots of aspen left so I was just going to take the hides out, soak them in hot water, and take the dirty aspen and throw it in a bag to throw away, then spray the whole viv with hot water and use paper towels to scrub it up. Then put everything back
Take everything out, throw the aspen away, sanitize the hides and decor as you did when you got them, and wash the entire tank in 1 part bleach, 9 parts water. Allow the tank to air-dry for a few hours before replacing everything with new aspen.
although it might seem like a good idea to throw the whole tank with accompanying hides into the oven at 350° F for an hour or two it is probably not the best idea
