Meet Bertha...KJUN Red Bullsnake

This is Big Bertha! She weighed in at 1448 grams last week. She has developed the most red of the pair I bought a few years ago from KJ. Hoping she breeds this year! She has a rather "Sinister Look" in the first pic! She is easy to handle if she is fed and happy....but let her get too hungry and you had better "Watch-Out" when you open her cage!:sidestep:

Thanks for all the kind words! About 4 years ago I saw a YouTube video of Don Soderberg holding one at a reptile show and new I had to get some! The video may still be there if you search for it...

Here is Brutus, the male KJUN Red Bullsnake that is Bertha's mate. He has less red but is still a real nice looking dude!
