Meet our new family member - SCOUT!

Gorgeous Fred, I'm glad he found a good home and your family found a new best friend.
I used to own a couple blue heelers when I was younger and this guy looks very 'blue heelerish'.

Here are a few more pics of Scout - while he's not being LAZY. LOL. He's learning to shake and do "other paw". Such a good dog!

LOL. I don't know that Scout has any blue heeler in him... but if you say so! LOL. Belgian Malinois (thx Carol) is MY best guess for at least part of his background, but my wife thinks Catahoula/Shepherd mix still.

Thanks for your comments! We're lucky to have him!

He is very handsome, Fred! That first in the last series of pics I can definitely see the shepherd! Lucky boy to have found you :)

New camera = new pics of Scout!

Well, we went ahead and bought ourselves a new DSLR... so my wife took some new pics of Scout and Dallas. Hope you enjoy these!

You know what he reminds me of? An African Wild Dog. Except for the long fur, he really does look like one to me! He is handsome!!! Nice to see you on here again Fred :)

Yeah... He has that very feral look of the African Wild Dog (one of my favorite animals). We think he's just GREAT though (although he did cut his tooth into my scalp today - OWWWWW!!!!!).

Thanks for the remarks about me being on here. :) I'm often just lurking, but the new camera was reason enough to post pics! :)

He's really looking great Fred! I can't believe how they both have grown. I saw Dallas' thread and was hoping to see pics of scout by hisself also. It looks like they are doing wonderful with you and your family.
I just love Scouts color. I hate to pic favorites but I truly think Scout unique look is my fav of the 2...:)
