False Prophet
A really nice 80* day here, and a fresh shed Granite Stripe, what could be better? :grin01: Took Mica out to the banana plant for a few pics.

Thanks for looking

Oh she is just beautiful!!!!!!!

(Warehouse 13?)

Thanks Beth! Actually, mica is a form of granite rock, dark mica is (biotite) and light mica is (muscovite)...

She doesn't seem camera shy. Great pics!

No she wasn't, and usually with hatchlings you can hold a hand up and they'll freeze for a second or two but she just kept cruising and I had to catch her a few times when she fell off the leaf, lol...

Technically they are actually minerals... ;) The black crystals in granite are normally biotite mica and then muscovite mica also appears in granite although most of the lighter crystals in granite are actually Quartz, Orthoclase Feldspar and Plagioclase Feldspar :D

BUT more relevantly she looks great!

Lol, your Google Foo is strong grasshoppa'! I actually only researched it the one time I was looking for a name, but that sounds right, lol... She's from Rich Hume, so you can't go wrong getting a Blood Stripe morph from him.

She's gorgeous! I forget we had both named our Granites the same thing, so I did a double take at the thread name, lol!

You can just box up that ugly little snakey & send her to me!!!!

Seriously, that is one gorgeous snake.

She's definitely a purdy girl! And I like the banana tree leaves. I need a banana tree...

Lol, banana plant... they aren't really trees. If you really want one, research them, as there are all kinds. This one is a Manzano, and the fruit tastes like a cross between an apple and sweet banana. The other one is a Dwarf Cavendish, and they are just like the ones in the stores, but on a plant that get's around 5 foot. There is another one I want that tastes like vanilla ice cream... but can't remember the name right now...

Lol, When I posted I was wondering if you'd notice...

LOL! Your Charcoal is looking great too! Next shed, I'll get some pics of her...
