I go through that alot.. I also wrestle and I'm currently in the 95 lb. weight class (I'm 5'4"-5'5") and I get called anorexic all the time.. (Thankfully I'm going up to 105)Oh and let's not forget that this isn't entirely a woman's problem. I used to date a wrestler and he was anorexic because of trying to make the proper weight class. Then I started not eating at lunch because i felt self conscious because i was eating and he wasn't...every day. When i realized how easily he had affected me I told him I couldn't date him anymore if he continued to starve himself for a sport. He stopped wrestling, which probably saved him health problems later.
My problem with the twins is that, they do it mostly to get attention, to make themselves "pretty" and all that crap. They don't notice they're affecting people around the world, their fans mostly. They all want to be like them which is sad. Why? Because now all the full-figured and normal people start thinking alot about their bodies and think they're always "fat". There are some crazy people out there that will do anything to be like the Olsen twins or some other hollywood actress...
On the other side, keep in mind that you shouldn't let your self slip and you should eat healthy... but never starve yourself.
