I was checking in on Mystic, my Amazon Tree Boa, that just might be gravid! :)

I snapped these of her the other day. She seems to be making a 'nest' in the middle of her viv and rotating her babies! I am so excited to see these lil buggers...:dancer:

Wow! Should be any day now!! I can't _wait_ to see those babies!! What color was the father?? You can get all different ones in one litter, right??

Hi Nanci,
The father to this clutch is "Crank". He is a yellow phase ATB that we got from Sharon (Tsiriane). "Mystic" is a garden phase so the color of the babies in the clutch should be quite variable. Your guess is as good as mine. I really hope to pull out a nice red phase but I will be happy with any of them. This is our first attempt at breeding ATB's so our fingers are crossed. Here are a few pictures of "Crank". Isn't he a great big ball of yellow awesomeness? ;)

Wow! She looks like me when I was pregnant, fat and mean. LMAO

Are the babies spoken for already? I think I've decided to keep my big male and have been thinking about getting a baby female. That would give me time to some what tame it down.
 
Wow!! When I rescued her at that snake show I would have never thought she'd get THAT fat and preggers lol. Congrats guys and let me know when she pops! :dancer:
 
I love the look of these snakes. Though everything I have heard on their attitudes makes me ify on having one. And Crank is pretty!
