yeah those are quite what I was looking for, the word (or phrase) has been on the tip of my tongue, I just can't put my finger on it.

For now the closest thing I'm using to describe what I'm going for is 'lemming'

Anyway, I was thinking about it at work today and I'm doing a kind of minor plot change...I couldn't get it to work the way I had it before. Pretty much requires me to ditch the whole first chapter I wrote (though it was a short one anyway), and modifying a few things here and there. Oh well.

So after deletion of a whole chapter and then rewriting a few things here and there I actually lost about 300 words today

I'm hoping to write about 5,000-8,000 words by Sunday night. I think I'm finally getting to the good part.

So today I found out the word "hosta" (as in the plant) is not in the microsoft works word processor dictionary.

groan, I have fallen kinda behind... been writing a little every day, but I'm not sure if I can crank out 50000 words in one month...

Ok, I suck at making up names, so I'm throwing this out there...

I need a name for a fat orange tabby (male) cat, suggestions?

I'm stuck  I started a chapter, and it's going nowhere. I think I'm going to have to sleep on it...there's a key piece of plot missing, I have to figure that out.

How have I missed this thread? I was a prolific writer all through high school and into my twenties.

I'm currently working on my first Goth fairy tale. Title done, characters done, storyline mostly complete, first chapter in progress. I also have a poem that goes with one of the characters and am trying to get it illustrated to use it as a companion book. I want to get the fairy tale written two ways, one as a novel and the other as a shorter illustrated children's book.

I also have a somewhat fleshed out idea for a horror romance with vampires, werewolves, gods/goddesses and the idea of eternal love gone wrong.

I hope to have the fairy tale done, publish ready, before the end of next year.
