Wanna pet my Snake?
Hey everyone, I picked up some snakes today at the local show. I know I shouldn't of. But I wanted too, and well they were snakes I've wanted for a little bit.

First one I bought was a Vietnamese Blue Beauty Female..

She is in shed, so the pictures aren't the greatest..

Next one was a Caulker Cay Boa Female.. I was pretty excited about this one!

Hope you like them as much as I do! :)

Awesome, Trent!!!
The VBB actually looks a lot like a TBS (Taiwan Beauty Snake) as there is LOTS of green there... but either way, GREAT snake. You'll love yours too... just be on your toes! :)

The Caulker Cay.... WOW!!! I'm very envious!!!

... and thanks for Grandma's addy too! :poke: :D
Congrats, bud!

Looking at the pics, I can see why you think that. She is a VBB, though. She's just in pretty deep shed. I almost thought I could peel the skin off if I wanted to. Her future boyfriend is pretty blue.. She is pretty nice so far, also seems like a really smart snake. Lol, she seems to think about what she wants to do.

:) I got an awesome price on the Caulker Cay! They are from Rio Bravo parents too which makes them even better.

Thanks, sorry bout Grandmas addy. Lol

LOL. That's exactly what I'm talking about... that "intelligent" and "calculating" look. :)

I DIDN'T even get to go to the local show today... ahhh... even the best laid plans. I had hoped to get to look at some Florida Kings and maybe even a smaller boa.... Oh, well...

Uploading pics of their boyfriends right now. :D I was saying exactly the same thing about the VBBs Fred, you can really see how smart they are when you look at them, always contemplating their next move...

VERY pretty little boa there. I'm so jealous.

Thank you!

Lol.. Yup! You should totally get a smaller boa. There are a couple different kinds that you could get. Lol

Trent, you and Hallie can bite the fattest part of my a....... erm... love handles.

HAHAHAHA. Sorry Robbie.

Nice additions Trent!

FYI, if I do another picnic this summer there will be a one snake admission charge....either one of those will do...:grin01:

Lol, thanks Danny! Hmmm.... I'll go buy a normal on my way over. Lol.. ;)

Thanks.. I for some reason like the locality specimens. I'm sure I will own a true red tail someday though. More than likely a Surinam.

Mine are locality specimens, normally marked, but they just of the Colombian variety. They get confused for Surinames or BCCxBCI crosses because their tails are bright, and they have clean markings. But they are in fact, pure colombians. My "true" red tail I want to own is an Iquitos Peruvian.
