We had Verizon Fios installed today and I had to be here at home for over 4 hours. I needed something to do, so I cleaned out the 29 I used to keep fish in and added some logs and wood, along with fake plants. We moved our juvenile Dumeril's boa, Voo Doo, into it this evening after she ate her rat fuzzy.

Here are the pics. The tank is in our bedroom and looks very good there! :dancer:

T-Rex jungle litter. I wanted to try something more natural looking. I will be feeding her in a bin from now on. If this doesn't work, I'll go back to aspen.

Incidentally, Tara believes we will never again see her. I have a hollow log behind the main "trunk" and the end touches glass so you can look in and see her there. Tara does not think she will climb. We shall see!
 
Lauren I can help but continue to look at that cage in awe! It is really amazing! You are so lucky to have such a cool looking Dum!

Tara had a BP that got a scale infection when on orchid bark, but this is a lot softer. We'll see how it goes. To be sure, I'll be keeping a good eye on her the next month or so, health wise. She has some stuck shed on her side, so I am going to add a humid hide as soon as I can figure out how to hide it... I may tuck one into the litter, underneath the cave on the right side.

Tara I find it fun to have a snake in a nice cage and have the otehrs in racks. When my Het fires get here the male is going to be in a baturalistic 10 gallon because I have never had a normal corn before and I ant to see them behaving like they would in the wild!
 
Geez, Lauren....now my dum is all jealous. Do you have a male or a female? My guy is currently pouting and striking at his bin to tell me his crib sux. thanks. :p
 
The tank looks amazing Lauren!!! I might not have wanted to have been photographed wearing a Jake Delhome jersey though ;)!
 
Wow, that looks fantastic! I absolutely love naturalistic-looking vivs! I hope all my vivs can be as nice as yours someday! ;}

So this morning the branch collapsed again. We had hotglued the suction cup, but that did not hold.

Thoughts? I thought of maybe wiring it to the rim of the aquarium.
