New version Genetic Gen Wizard

OK, for those of us who are complete morons, how do you download the program and then get it to work? I click on the link, finally get my computer to open the file, then all I see are 5 icons that say things like "Img". "ballpython", "cornsnakes", and 2 "GenericGenWiz". My computer says the files are downloaded to Desktop, but I sure as heck can't find them, and neither can the computer when I run a search.

I've never had to even consider using a predictor, but for some reason, my mind isn't working properly to figure out the results of a spur-of-the-moment pairing that just happened so wanted to give it a try. Now I seem to be completely at a loss...unless someone would care to run it for me...ghost motley X golddust

If it is a zip file, right click and choose "extract all." If it's not a zip file, choose "open."

Thank you for doing this. I have so much fun imagining what I will be able to do with the babies when they grow up!!

I am sorry, I should have included information on how to install it. I was just so excited about my new version that I forgot:

You download the zipfile to your harddrive. You double click the zip file. If you have Winzip installed or when you have Win XP you will be asked to place the unzipped files into a directory. You can make a new folder on your C: drive. GenWizard for example. Unzip all files to this new directory. Then just double click the GenericGenWiz.exe

And for your calculation:

Male = Ghost, Motley
Female = Golddust

Offspring predicted as:

---------------------------------------------------
2/2 Normal(50% poss. het. Amelanistic, het. Anerythristic, het. Caramel, het. Hypomelanistic, het. Motley, 50% poss. het. Ultra)

is there a newer version of this program? i noticed there is no "Mojave" option in the ballpython predictor.

No, I have stopped updating the program. I made it 'generic' so users can add their own morphs and pictures. I am sorry Mojave is n't in there allready.
