he looks just like the pic of the ultramel pic 7! i honestly dont think he is an amel as he isnt white like them...

think he could deffo be an untramel as pic 13 has a clear checker underbelly and pic 7 looks exactly like him!

Yeah I think you have an ultramel there. Here is a picture of a amel belly. As you can see when I say clear I mean clear. lol His guy does have some reduced checkers and some red creeping into his belly because there are other genes at play but you can get an idea of what I am talking about.

I'm not going to jump on the "ultramel" wagon just yet as depending upon the lighting, angel, tinting of the image, etc, the "clear" checks of an amel could look sort of hypo-ish. For example, the belly checks on this amel, on the right side of the photo and going into the top curve moving towards the head of the snake, look very similar to the belly checks on the snake in question.

He looks amel to me too, maybe a sunglow if he has no white on his back. Which is a selective bred amel
