Love All, Trust A Few
Here are some of the pics we got while on vacation in OIB, NC. We had a blast. Didn't find that many snakes, but it was fun just to get out and explore. First pic is just of one of the swamps we went into. I just love that pic! Second and third pics are of the yellow belly slider that I rescued from being road kill. Fourth pic is of a snail lol. And the last pic is a black racer. More pics to come!

Did you go to Green Swamp?

Yes we did and thank you so much for suggesting that to us. That's where we took the pics of one of the racers. And it was green swamp rd. where we seen that huge beautiful corn ran over:( But we went there quite a few times and it was only 10 min. from where we stayed. Again, thanks a lot! We enjoyed it there!

Ok so how much has Boogie had? Looks like it is time to cut him off...lol!!!

:laugh01: Boogie is the comedian of our family!! He's a trip. I have a talent for picking out the retards of litters and......well......we're a happy unique family! lmao His tongue is so long he can't keep it all in his mouth. He makes Gene Simmons jealous! :spinner:

I'm glad you enjoyed it. The low-land bays in this area are full of interesting animal and plant life. Very nice looking corn snake! If you return during summer you will see lots more variety. Just don't forget the insect repellent!

Yeah we are wanting to go back again in june or july, but I don't know if we'll get to or not. We go every April and October though.

Yeah we had to load up on bug spray this trip. Mosquitos just love me for some reason!!!! And the spiders...... ugh..... I hate spiders!!!!!!! There were so many! YUCK!
