One pissed off little girl

RepLover1022

i love my little alice
So my little one has been doing great. Let me get her out, hold her, etc...but I went out of town for a week and when I got back she was blue. So I left her alone. It took her almost two weeks to shed. I fed her then two days later tried to get her out. She coiled back, rattled, and struck at me multiple times. So I left her alone and let her calm down. I've been trying every other day since and have had little luck. She warmed up to me one day but then returned to her old attitude the next day. I don't get it. I can't even open up her lid without her automatically rattling. I started feeding her two pinks so well see if that helps...Idk what else to do. Her temps are 84/79 in the day and maybe a degree or two cooler at night. I feel like I'm doing something wrong but all I want to do Is to hold her. I've tried picking up her tube and.getting her to come out that way but she will stay in there all day then rattle at me if I try to slide her out. Any suggestions?

Just take her out and handle her for 10-15 minutes a day, on days she's not digesting. It won't hurt when she bites.

I know it won't hurt but I don't even think I could grab her. If she feels me even touch her she takes off. Idk if shed even stay put for a hook to get her out. My biggest fear is that if I just grab her I'm going to squish her.

Nope you will be fine just grab her. You wont hurt her. She might squirm and try to bite you but she should calm down pretty quickly.
