Picked up our first corn snake at the Midwest Reptile Show in Indianapolis last Sunday!

I let him settle in and left him alone from Sunday until Wednesday night, and then fed him for the first time on that 3rd night. After digesting for about 2.5 days I had my first long handling session with him this morning for about 20 minutes. He did good! My cat was a little too interested in him though... going to have to watch that.

Just as an FYI, a sunglow is a line-bred type of *amel*, so an ultramel cannot be called a sunglow.
 
Congrats on picking up your first corn. You do know that once you've been to one of those reptile shows, you'll be back again. :)
