Over weight?

Being that lenght it's probably not over weight. they tend to "grow" more than to be over weight. If you don't know the weight, do you have any picture?

That is him, right before he ate a peach fuzzie.

If a snake was over weight, is there any way to tell by just looking at them?

I look at the tail before and past the vent to see if their is a fatty build up.
There are a few pictures here some where, if you want to search but your snake is not over weight. Just plain healthy lookin".

Good Luck

They should be shaped like a 'loaf of bread' and no rounder, unless it's a gravid female... yours looks ok from the pic

hi, your corn looks perfectly healthy to me.overweight snakes are usually adults, and round and the skin feels a bit looser to a fit and healthy snake.it's like if you go to the gym a lot,a healthy snake will have well toned muscles.

If the scales start to visibly 'pull apart' that's the easiest way to tell just by looking.

Yours looks lovely and healthy to me, but if he piles the weight and you're concerned, on just increase the time bewteen feeds or reduce the amount of food items (if you feed more than one).

Bear in mind that some are just beefy though!! Mine's never been loaf of bread shaped, even when he was a tiddler :\
