Hi, I'm painting my vivarium ROOM with a water based latex paint. Has anyone ever had any problems with freshly painted walls affecting the health of their snakes? thanks, Kyle
You are not going to want to put the animals back in until the room is completely free of the stinky paint smell. I'm talking open windows with fans blowing out for at least three days (though humidity can affect how fast the paint drys and the smell). I would imagine you would want to wait until it's warmer out so you don't have to wait so long to put them back in.
