Up all night
OCD is not something you should use as a crutch. You can't just say "oh I can't help it I have OCD". Sure OCD is a serious disorder but you are using it as an excuse WAY too much.

I want you to try and do something, for me, for yourself, and for the entire forum...
Everytime you read something that angers you, or frustrates you, or just gets your dander in an uproar, type your reply and WAIT before you hit the submit button. Wait for about 10 minutes. Leave your reply on the screen of your computer and go play with Damien or something for about ten minutes and DO NOT think about your post or what made you angry.
When you are done playing with Damien, come back to your reply and re-read it. If it is still exactly as you want it worded...post away. But nine out of ten times this little break will lower your blood pressure and help you to really re-think what you want to say. At that point, you will have enough clarity to post your reply in a manner that will be far less offensive to people, but still allow you to get your point across.
And the bonus is...you won't have to worry about being banned, you won't make so many unnescessary enemies, your posts will be more intelligent and soft spoken, and you'll actually gain some respect and trust from people, because you won;t have the reputation of flying of the handle.
Plus...you won't have to keep saying "I'm sorry".
And don't think of this as a chore. Think of it as a way to really perfect your communication skills. Use the words you WANT to use instead of the first ones that come to mind. Use the short break to seperate yourself from the situation, observe it from an unbiased perspective, try to imagine how the other people are going to respond to what you're writing, and really, honestly, and truly, say exactly what you mean, rather than the first thing that comes to mind.
Could you try that, please? For everyone involved, but most importantly for yourself? You will be surprised how articulate and well-respected you can become over time...I promise...
