my corn snake mia just had a shed recently and after i found this i am so worried it looks like she has ripped her scales.. only just noticed and its nearly 4am :(

Do you mean those gray spots? Are you sure that's not just different colored scales? They look whole in those pictures...
 
I have a couple snakes that have just one or two gray scales. I don't know why, but they don't change, and don't seem to cause any problems.
 
I don't think it's anything to worry about. But your concern tells me you are a great keeper and your snakeykid is loved.
 
My classic has a few of these spots here and there on her body, they seem fine to me, doesn't seem to bug her or feel any different then her other scales. I think your snake is okay :)
