Proof that pet owners will buy ANYTHING

That is just too Funny Jennifer. But I bet lots of people will buy it...I wonder if it would hold 100 or so mice..hmmm...

Hahahaha. :crazy02:

Every time I have hope for the human race's intelligence, someone has to go and market something like this.

I should write a review that says:

"Homeade Mouse Defroster"

Kitchen Sink - Check
Hot Tap Water - Check
Mouse - Check

Hah hah...Did you read the review?

It is easy to use and does defrost the mouse. Although, when I used it for the first time to defrost a mouse pinky, the pinky got really soggy and it actually split open near the leg and smelled really bad. I now just leave my mice on the counter to defrost for about 30 min before feeding.

:roflmao:

And also...

:roflmao:

I don't even know what to say... this post just made my day...

I saw one of these in person at Petsmart. It is just so complicated and ridiculous that I can't see the point of using it. There's this little floating "island" platform thingy that you are supposed to put on top of the water...then I guess you put the mouse on top of the island so it doesn't get wet (???).

I use an old cottage cheese container for my mice. Put the mousesicles in, fill it with hot tap water and leave for 5-10 minutes, drain the now-cool water, fill with hot water again and leave for 5-10 minutes (repeat if necessary), drain, feed.

The pet supply industry cracks me up.

I love the review. I wish there were more.

I bet someone in this forum has bought this contraption, and now they'll never admit it for fear that we'll make fun of them. :grin01:

I doubt this by the way, as it's only 4x3.2x4.2 inches! :grin01:

What kind of a moron do you have to be to buy that? :grin01: I bet you anything that a small container of hot water will do the job a huge amount quicker and more thoroughly...Thanks for sharing.

:grin01:

This is great.
I just fill Nagini's deli tub ub with water as hot as the tap will go, place in mice in baggy, walk away and voila!

Huh...I just use an insulated travel coffeemug, with lid. Seems fairly simple to me...

Some people will buy anything...

Yeah I work at Petsmart and saw it the other day and I just kinda shook my head and kept going.

I bought it, but in my defense, I meant to use it as a coffee cup.. :crazy02:

HA! This is something that someone with too much money would buy - alas, that is not me! :) Although I even if I had more then enough money I wouldn't buy it... what a waste!

lol.. now that is good humor.
I personally use a big ole picture of a small bucket and place my mice or rodents in a sealed plastic baggy.

P.T. Barnum said there is a sucker born every day. Goes true for this century also.

A must have for those who have everything.

... ... ... That's about a neat as that snake leash that Kathy Love posted a while back. *shakes head* Maybe they'd make great gag gifts for those people who don't like snakes or mice? Nice white elephant gift! lmao

Thanks for sharing!
