Question about the Daytona Expo...

Do they offer a packages for attendance like the NARBC , or anything similar?
Or ... ???

I've never attended this show, and I am planning to attend this year. Thanks for the assistance.

NARBC shows are run by totally different people. There is no interaction between them that I know of. The Daytona show is the only one that is run by Wayne Hill, so I doubt that he has any reciprocal arrangements with any other show.

Not that I am aware of...

Off Topic - have you seen the threads about the group of us getting together at Daytona this year? We have a hotel with discounted rooms, an organized dinner and a raffle with some fantastic prizes with all proceeds benefiting USARK. PM me or check out the threads for more details! Hope to see you there!

No, I understand they are ran by different people, but I was wondering if they were ran in a similar manner. Like the lectures after the show, are they included in admission price for the expo, or are they separate for each lecture, or how do they work? For instance at a NARBC show, you can purchase one ticket for everything ... for the whole weekend... see where I am going?

I have never attended any of the stuff put on by the organizers of the show itself. All I can tell you is your $10 entrance ticket is valid for both days...

I went to the lectures on Friday night and there was no charge that I know of. I hadn't purchased my admission to the show yet either. I also went to the auction on Saturday night, again no charge.

Haha! I thought you meant...

to pay one package price to get into several different shows, lol!

AFAIK, there are no fees to attend any of the various talks, auctions, etc, at any of the shows. NARBC generally has an auction to benefit PIJAC on Sat night, and provides some free food and drink for the auction. Daytona also has an auction on Sat night - not sure about any food there, though. And hubby Bill will be giving his talk on the Rise of Herpetoculture for the first time in the US (he gave it in Australia in May) Friday night at Daytona. Lots of other talks, too.
