Cottontail wabbit had a litter under the tree in my front yard. Used the telephoto so I wouldn't disturb them.

the wife actually tosses out veggie scraps for them, which I believe is what also draws the deer. They are only about 30 yards from our back yard deck.

They are lovely. You guys are lucky; I live in suburbia where the only nature I see are the dead rodents my neighbor's cat kills and so thoughtfully leaves on my porch.
