Rep Power????

User CP has your Rep Points. These are the points that others give you. With every 100 points you get a green square.

Rep Power indicates the number or Rep Points that you can give to others. This goes up by one with every 100 points and with every 100 posts.
 
Does length of membership also play a role in this??

I notice there are people with less green squares AND less posts than me that have more rep power...the only thing I can think of is the join date.

Yes. I know I just got another rep power point this month being a year I've been registered. I don't know if there is any given at any other time.
 
Almost seems like every 6 months...judging by the diferences between rep power...points...and join date.
 
I am back down to 2 rep points because someone didnt like when i said and i couldnt find the site to apologize by the time that they took most of my points away. i know that most people do not care about how many points you have but it is still upsetting when someone tries to give you a bad feedback. i man i forget what i said then i couldnt find where i posted it and when i found it, it was way to late and i never got back those points :crying:
 
I also checked my rep points...All the rep points I got were positive and had a green square next to them. However, there is one with a grey box? It is not a neg rep point though....I checked that post and it said it I was even...Hmm...A little confused about this one. :)
 
The blue/grey boxes are usually from people with no rep power, so they don't give you points or anything, but they can still give you the warm fuzzies of someone saying "good job."

My juvie Caulker Cay Boas love warm fuzzies! The room temp f/t ones just don't excite them. Such prissy little snakes. :rolleyes:
 
I can't wait till I have rep points like 40 and 6 green bars, I think it looks cool and it shows that you are a heavy contributor to this site, which will be happinning considering I have been on here maby 2 months. I want the warm feeling of this hahah maby by next year :dgrin: :dgrin: :dgrin:

Heck I've been around for almost two years and I still don't have 6 squares or 40 points. What am I doing wrong??? Don't you guys like me?? :crying:

LOL! I know you are not begging for points....

As far as the rheostat, yes and thank you. I wish the weather would warm up here in PA so I can start making my rack system. I can't get anymore corns until I have one built. I could be lazy and just buy one for 200-300 but I guess I can wait..
