Schedule for Daytona!

Ok - so Daytona is FINALLY here!
I know we have some people arriving today, some tomorrow and some on Saturday so here is a brief schedule of plans.

Friday - Dinner at Red Robin about 6pm. Meet at the Homewood Suites (or at the restaurant - 5537 S. Williamson Blvd. Port Orange, FL 32128). If anyone doesn't have a car at the hotel - just get in touch with me and we will get transporation for everyone figured out.

After dinner I am sure we will be hanging out at someone's room at the hotel for the evening.


Saturday - NRBE during the day.
Dinner at the Homewood will start approximately 6pm. This gives everyone enough time after the show closes (at 5pm) to get there. Keep in mind - I have to leave the show early on Saturday to get everything at the hotel set up so please plan for transportation accordingly. Of course - a couple volunteers to come help set up is always appreciated!

Raffle will occur after dinner - usually starts around 7-730pm or so.
Again after, I am sure we will be hanging out at someone's room there at the Homewood.

I managed to get my Mom to take care of the kids orientation for school so I can head out earlier than anticipated. I am still not sure yet if I will be attending the Friday dinner at Red Robin. I'll have directions, just in case. I may just end up relaxing and getting a good night's sleep instead. I will most likely be able to help you on Saturday getting everything set up. I have index cards made up for all the snakes I am donating and could be talked into making some up for the donated snakes I have from Angela and Danny (if I remember to bring them).

I really hope you can make it. It was alot of fun last year.
I do understand about the sleeping though, and especially the snake forgettin'!
