Shedding

Young corns every 2 months give or take a month. The colors will fade a bit and the eyes will look blue/gray/pink (depends on the morph) The eyes will clear up to normal color 24 hours before the shed. They don't see well when they're in shed so they can be more defensive or will hide for a few days. Some will refuse to eat while in "blue" (common term for shedding)

Ooh i also see you have an anery corn (is this correct) he will become more gray and dull in color and eyes will go gray/blue.
 
When your snake is ready to shed, it will go into what is called "blue". The color will get very dull and have an over-all pale blue hue to it, especially noticeable over the eyes. It will then clear up after a few days and your snake will shed in a day or two after that. Most hatchlings will shed about once a month, give or take, but the time frame will most likely get longer between sheds after your snake becomes an adult and the growth rate decreases. And be prepared for the odd shed that can happen a week or two after just having one, or having your snake "skip" a shed when young. It happens.

Yes hes an anery i looked at him today and i noticed eyes are the blue color. and i thank both of you for the help and especially for the picture
 
once he has shed make sure you check that he has got it all off, especially the eye lids and tail tip. one of my snakes always keeps his tail tip so i have to give him a warm water bath to make sure it comes off
 
Another question, i know a lot of snakes wont eat when they are about to shed and i am supposed to feed my corn snake today should i try to feed it or wait till he sheds?
 
You can try, but don't be surprised if the snake rejects it. I use to feed him while he was shedding, but now I just wait until he's done. It won't harm your snake to miss a meal. Some snakes can regurge while in shed.
 
Okay well ill just wait because i just took a look at him and his eyes are almost completely blue and regurgitating doesn't sound to healthy

Okay well a little update, his eyes were this gray color for like 2-3 days and i just looked at him they cleared up he looks a little grayer and a little more dull but he doesnt really look like the snakes inn the picture. is that just because of his morph?
 
If his eyes were grey, and they cleared up most likely he's going to shed in the next couple days....let us know how it goes! :)
 
He still hasn't even started shedding, but i think i may have done something wrong i was at a friends house for a couple days and when i left my guitar fell off of my bed and onto the wires and unplugged his heating pad a little bit just enough for it to stop receiving power, could this have postponed his shedding or caused a problem with it? when i got back his temperatures were low but i don't think it was low enough to be detrimental to his health.
