Small animal aspen bedding?

Is the aspen bedding labeled as for small animals okay for snakes? It looks different and in bigger pieces. Would it do the same job, or is there a problem with using small animal variety?
 
I use the small animal aspen because it's way cheaper than reptile aspen. I have had no issues with it so far, but it does have bigger pieces.
 
I use the regular small animal aspen from the feed/farm supply store, or 360pets.com, or amazon.com, or petmountian.com, but sometimes its cheaper at reptile shows/expos. In the 8 cu ft bags.
 
I buy the 4 or 8 cubic foot bag of Kaytee aspen bedding, from wherever is cheapest on line.
 
Thank you everyone! I guess I'll have to buy small animal aspen bedding if it's cheaper.
 
Yup, same stuff! And I have heard that WalMart has it cheapest in the big bags.
