Sooo..what do you think you will get for Christmas??

Nothing for me! If Im lucky, I will get a gift certificate for barnes and noble or something along those lines. My parents are out of town for 10 days, so I figure thats better than any christmas present!

I know because I had to pick it out. A gun safe similar to this one. Also a new door opener for the shop I built last year.

I'd like a big gun safe. Just for the coolness of it. I am partial to Fort Knox. But my shotgun doesn't live in the safe, so I get by with just a little safe, except there is so much other BS in there there is barely enough room for the guns!

I was told this one had to look nicer than my smaller one because at 700+ lbs it will not be going upstairs. lol It will be hid in under staircase nook. I have a smaller 16 gun safe in bedroom. I use a little handgun safe for my bedside 45 Cougar.

Coal..... DEFINITELY a bag of coal....... With a last name like "Zuchowski" by the time Santa gets here, I'm just getting what is on the bottom of the barrel...

LOL..too funny!

My boyfriend got me a Nook Color which I love! I got him a lcd tv to play XBOX on. I am not sure what my family is getting me, but I told them a gift card to B&N to buy stuff for my Nook was good, sheets for my new bed, or gift card to Petsmart to but crickets and stuff for my beardies.

IDK what I'll be getting... hoping for some CASH so that I can get what I want... I hope I don't sound ungrateful - which I AM - but sometimes I wonder if folks know me at all with what they give me for Christmas.

Typically (with her agreement and with her blessing), my wife and I split our Christmas bonus and she buys what she wants "from me" and I buy what I want "from her". LOL. She hates buying for me more than I enjoy buying for her. :)

Well, I already pretty much got what I really wanted, a Wood Stove!!! so I'm not expecting much else this year.

My family (mom, aunt, uncle and grandparents) had pitched in last year to get a wood-stove put into my house, but we ended up having to put that money into oil, because we were getting low (which we were lucky to have the funds for the oil, but it doesn't help to keep warm during the winter power outages).
So this year my grandparents were incredibly nice and decided to pay off the wood-stove, which we had put in less than a week ago. Perfect timing as well, because NH has a freeze on all fuel-assistance, so we've been having to pay for heat by the $30 worth (which doesn't last long), until something *hopefully* changes.

A new guitar

What kind of git are we talking' here??

Wood stove are the way to go!!! And I just read about the cut back!! That's going to hurt!!

that's what i was sort of thinking when I made this thread.
Don't waste the cash!!

A small apartment building in North Carolina....and I'm getting HIM the same thing!!!

What color are we painting that building...might as well start working off rent now!!! lol

I'm not getting much! We don't have much money around here. I know my mom is getting me Firefly on DVD, and a couple other DVD's. I bought myself season 1-5 of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia", since I found them so cheap. My dad will probably give me a little money. That's aboot it. More so, I am just looking forward to some time to sit back and relax.

I know how ya feel there!! I deposted a check from side work and the wife said good cause we where short on the mortgage. Greaaaaaat.

...

Maybe that's because you have to many letter in you last name.

But to be honest I'm thankful for what I have and that I will be getting some eye glasses. I can't wait, I want to be able to see again.

UMMMMMMM ok this just in. I over heard a phone call, I know I know bad boy I am. The gf called the guy that I am getting my snakes from and she is stopping by tonight to pre pay for them and he is dropping them off Christmas afternoon. WOOOOO HOOOOO shhhhh don't tell her that I know. :) I gotta see how they are gonna pull this off as I am suppose to pick them up this Thursday. HMMMM what excuse is he gonna come up with that I can't HA HA

Great time to buy a house! And it's way better to have a smaller house and comfortable payments than to be stretched. My house and five acres was $53k- and it's just fine! I love my land...

five acres in florida? wow. California is way over priced.

Before I lived in Florida I thought it would be, I don't know, all wall-to-wall houses like on the beach, but it's really mostly rural, farm land, state and national forests.

I'm hoping to git a Makita impact drill kit for Christmas, and I bought myself 2 sets of 2x4gb of RAM for my computer, so I will then have 16gb of RAM running at 1600mhz. Hopefully it comes before Christmas.

I want snakes!!! But I'll probably get more jewelry making supplies-I love making and selling jewelry. My family says I am quite talented at it. :)
