Spider-Lizard!

That's certainly a beautiful lizard, and the colors are amazingly similar to Spider-Man. However, I find this rather repulsive. I hate when animals become fashionable, because like fashion, people grow out of the craze. But rather than a surplus of goodwill clothing inventory, these living breathing creatures will most likely be neglected, if not improperly cared for because of some hyped craze. I find it sad, that's all. These do look and sound like beautiful animals, I just hope people will do proper research before deciding to go out and get one.

god we used to get similar agamas at petsmart (red headed I think)...only the males would sell and since they were WC and novices were buying them Iam sure they all died.

Hes IS gorgeous tho.

Aww, it's so cute and bright! Lol. What an awesome critter.

I was thinking the same thing, Michael. As cool of a lizard it is, I could only think about how sad it was that as soon as people got over the novelty of having a mini "Spiderman," the lizards would start getting horribly neglected. And that's not even mentioning how most of those people won't bother researching how to take care of them or anything... =/

Totally true...that's why I said the news was "crazy". It is a pretty critter, though...

cool lizard...remember when 101 Dalmatians came out and everyone bought one, not the best dog for novices, especially people stupid enough to buy one because it looked cute in a movie.
