Strange Cargo Okeetees Raven and Starling

Nanci

Alien Lover
This is the plan! Breed Starling, the female, to Gartersnake the Okeetee tessera in 2014. Hopefully get a female Tessera. Breed her to Raven when she is old enough.

This is Raven, my Extreme Okeetee from Graham. Raven was supposed to be a female, intended mate of Gartersnake, but one day proudly revealed himself to NOT be suitable for that pairing....

I love this snake. He's got an INSANE feeding response, though. One does not simply reach into his bin! I'm a wuss- I get him out with a hook. But look at those borders!!

This is Starling. She's already a proven breeder- she had a clutch of beautiful Extreme Okeetee babies for Graham in 2013, before arriving here. She's much more manageable in the feeding department than Raven!

Both Raven and Starling are Halloween Okeetee x Buckskin Okeetee female lineage. I love the contrast the buckskin gives, and of course the magnificent borders from Halloween.

Outside, sun, no flash. Starling was not interested in posing for photos...

Nanci,
That specimen is SICK.....but in a good way....LOL. I am hoping the ones I acquired from Graham end up looking like that. Thanks for sharing!

More okeetees! Those thick black borders on Raven are awesome! Starling is quite the looker too!
