Sunglow?

Agreed...BUT he wants the female. With breeders, I tend to take into account the animal first; but unless it's a co-dom ball morph, I'd want more for a female if everything else is equal. And those are also striped, which would add a bit of value if they were mine. But EVERYTHING involving a selectively bred animal's value (outside of actual genetics) has to do with how I'd personally grade them. Just my two cents.

I'm... a little curious. Why a sunglow? If you breed a sunglow to a reverse okeetee, you're most likely going to get completely ordinary amels. You are very *unlikely* to get a nice mix of sunglow offspring and RO offspring.

I was not quoting an exact anything just giving a ballpark idea. There are tons of factors to evaluate especially when considering a line bred animal like a sunglow. "Round about" is vague and nebulous without all the other factors thrown in. I might have just as easily said $0 to $1000 and been as close to "round about." I chose to use an existing For Sale animal as a place marker. Based on the fact that it is a pair and a higher end animal he could safely assume his cost would be less than $180 for a non stripe sunglow. That's pretty round about.:)
