I paired my best classic creamsicle male - I think he is quite emoryi in his look - with a ghost het amel corn this year - partly to contribute to my cinnamon project and partly to establish whether he carried any of the common corn genes. A male that was supposed to be his brother proved het for hypo A in breedings this year, so I was hopeful I might get some cinnamons from this pairing too.

First two out - creamsicle and one that appears anery (fudgesicle has been proposed before)
Then one cinnamon head - so I know I have a good chance for some ghosts!!
And the assortment - snows and ghosts as well - lots of variety in the ghost coloration - will be interesting to see once they shed -
Really nice to see that most of these inherited the nice narrow saddles and even pattern of the male creamsicle. These guys are estimated 25% emoryi, will be breeding them into the 75% emoryi lines in future to try and retain that look. Love the look of the rootbeers in this clutch too - dark colors so far!
The names creamsicle, rootbeer and cinnamon (hypo emoryi/corn) are pretty well established, but the other varieties haven't been that common. I have seen snowsicle, fudgesicle, snowcreme, anerycreme, can't recall seeing any ghosts or other varieties named. My preference is to stick with anery emoryi/corn, snow emoryi/corn or ghost emoryi/corn at this point, but I would be interested in hearing other opinions.
Anyone else producing ghost, snow or other emoryi/corns? Any pics to share? I think quite a few from this clutch will be growing up here to see how they turn out,
thanks for looking,
