Robin and the gang are good people. Get Nasty with UPS?? What the Hell are you talking about. They have had an actual working relationship with UPS for years. I have no clue where you get your information but Robin's business isnt some fly by night small home business.

You may call foul, you may say I am picking on you but I am not. You are bad mouthing a business that has helped our industry and isnt a fly by night group.
 
There are reasons why I stood by FedEx, and even mentioned in the past SYR was not going to be around long with UPS.. What do I know though.. *lol*
 
I think they mentioned before that they were only saying what the other company said to them, so I'm ASSUMING that is where they got their infomation. I also think they were just copying to let others know what might be the problem if they're trying to ship, or letting them know they might run into problems in the future.

Like they said, don't shoot the messenger.

Sure, names could have been left out so that no one was insulted, or not to spread more rumours.
But I'm sure their goal wasn't to start a big arguement, so calm it down.
They were just passing information that they were told to them by what they thought was a realible source.

When I originally got my FedEx account, I had a credit card, but have since gotten rid of it. They now take their fee directly out of my checking account. Ask to see if you can use that payment option.
