Mice! They taste so nice!
Followed my nose to Little Joe's tub. He's grown nicely (49g at 5 months) and tackled his 8g fuzzy after using it as a shedding aid in the feeding tub. So here we go, 10 day fast, GSE in his water and smaller meals when I start feeding him again. This was his first bump from 6g pinks (never refused food, first regurge) so I'll be more conservative with him from now on. I tried to spot clean the 'gurge without disturbing him, but he was feeling very lively and shot up my arm for some unscheduled handling!

I'm 99.99999999999999% certain he will be. He's a big strong boy from good stock (Lexcorn) so I'm not expecting this to be a real problem. The others fed the same day have all digested and pooped:shrugs:

Thanks Bruce. He took the peach fuzz with no hesitation, but maybe didn't settle down properly to digest after shedding? He was lively as a jack-in-the box ! I've culled out some 4g pinks for after his fasting.

Sorry about the regruge, Janine, but sounds like it didn't upset him to much if he shot up your arm :)

Good luck with the next feeding, although I'm sure you won't need it :)

Sounds like you've got it under control Janine.

Wow he's a big boy for 5 months, what substrate are you using? Tomato grow bags...lol

You're lot sound like they grow like weeds!!!

Best wishes,

Thanks Ginger, Susie:) He was hatched 26/07/07, and his monthly weights from Oct are 17, 22, 32, 49g! I told him he's supposed to rest and recuperate but ended up weaving him through the fingers of my left hand whilst cleaning the 'gurge with the right hand!

Just for anyone who hasn't seen one before, here's the regurge, and Mr vomity not looking at all sorry for himself

I'm sure he will be just fine, a single regurge is really no indication to anything.

He is -so- adorable in the "I am being sCORNed" picture, he really does look all ashamed :)

I think he looks like you were yelling at him...
LOL yeah, I can just picture him kicking the aspen (If he had legs.) and going "aw, shucks. Im sorry"

Cute little snake Janine :) hope he's fine. Looks like it didnt affect him though!

My Mr. Vomity was out a LOT last night- he's like, did you forget to feed me or something? Mommmmmmmmmmm!!!! I'm HUNGRY!! He gets the world's smallest pink tomorrow, or maybe one sliced in half- I haven't decided yet...

Fed last night, now the viv-sniffing obsessional behaviour can begin.
