Well I'm sure everyone is familiar with the "Did you know" thread..So I figured since that was such a popular thing then lets start one for our snakes.

You can put anything here..from "today my snake ate a mouse" all the way to "today my snake watched american idol with me"..I figured this is a cool way to hear about the daily life of our snakes and the funny things they do..

I'll start......"Today my snake artemis ate a fuzzie! And my snake Maize let me get some pics of her!"
 
yesterday I touched FinFangs tail, he FLEW out of his cage and would have had a 4 foot drop if my reflexes weren't as good as they are. He normally isn't spooky, I don't know what got into him.

He is dumb, I love him.
 
Today my leucy texas rat got a new crib! Was updated to a 20L gallon.

When I first put him in he hung on a vine like a trea boa and was like.. "NO!! I do not want to touch the new floorr.. I get it dirty!"

Lol.. Wow..

Oh and later probably in an hour or so after I eat.. Two of my snakes will be munchin on some mice!
 
Today my snake pooed in her water dish. :awcrap:

I think it may a social commentary on the state of her tank, so I'm doing a full clean for all of them tonight.

Today, my Dumerils boas also hooked up! There's no pictures of them, though. They don't appreciate voyeurism, and separated soon after I actually got a good look to see what was going on.
 
Today my baby lav pretended to be a cobra when I went to clean his viv. To bad he's too worm like to actually be scary.
 
Today my snake Artemis bit me when I fed her (My first bite ever...but I forgive her..she was aiming for the mouse but missed..heh):licklips:
 
Today Valentine peeked his head out of his warm hide when he saw me changing his water and came up sniffing to say hello. :) Annnnd Racemus was being reclusive, as usual, and Hoggy was burrowing around her tank looking for food (she's a bit of a pig, though maybe that's a hognose thing ;)).
 
Today my snow, frost, tryed out his new play area and left a "little gift" behind befor he went back to his viv XD
 
Today my snake Merlin decided to try and run away. I put him in his tub to eat and my boyfriend was supposed to watch him while I made dinner for the Igs, 30 or so minutes later I went to let my dog outside and there's Merlin staring at me from behind my banana tree. Thank god I found him, needless to say my boyfriend is in the dog house now, lol.
 
TMS, female butter motley, got a name, Saffron, and a nickname, Yellow Spice. :D
She found that her new pet, me, was very docile being handled, and carefully explored my neck, mouth, cheek, nose, and left eye. I believe she is content with her newly acquired captive-bred human.
 
Today my snake pulled my hair and wouldn't let go, circ is a strong guy and likes to play in my hair!
