Tube feeding type of food?

Does anyone have any experience with the A/D dog-cat food? I was recommended it by the vet but am not convinced!

Thanks :)

I didnt mean it to be so general, the vet said it was a standard mix of meats and anti-ox's that they give to animals who are not doing so hot? Im going to buy some ferret food today for my little guy but beside that i am not sure what to do!

Evo/Innova Ferret food is what I use. It is very effective in maintaining, as well as, growing non-eating snakes. You need to grind it very fine and then make a slurry with water in order to get in through the feeding tube.
Good Luck!

Terri

I would think that a hard boiled egg, crushed up, mixed with water, and a calcium and vitamin supplement for herps would work.

Make sure you double check any ferret food you get. I see many have plenty of corn and other things in there it shouldn't have.

I use a blend of Pingford's Porridge & Carnivore Care.

I used to feed Evo, to my dogs cats & ferrets, but they have been bought out by Proctor & Gamble. P&G ruined Iams & Eucanuba. They have already made changes to Evo, but they skirt answering what they're changing. When asked all they will say is "It will stay grain free". I don't trust P&G, & won't feed any of their products to any of my pets. Just my opinion on that.
