Have you tried downloading it onto you computer or onto one of the several photo sites and then onto this site? I don't think there is any other way (direct from phone to site). You need that intermediate step.
 
If you can download from your phone to your local PC, and then from your PC to CS via an attachment, that would work....
 
Does the Evo have a Photobucket app? You can easily save a photo from your phone to Photobucket using the Photobucket (not Snapbucket) app, then copy the img code, then open your browser, write your post, poste the img code.
