Wanted crested gecko

Hi folks, doing this for a friend. As we are all reptile lovers I figured we might have more than one species. He's looking for a female green phase crested gecko. Please give me total price included shipping to this zip code 84123

Look on Pangea, they are called 'olive'. Unfortunately, there is some argument over whether or not there IS a true 'olive' crested gecko. Kingsnake.com would also be a good place to look.

Thanks I'll look. Only one problem with kingsnake. Most if not all do not have there tails. He wants one with it tail. I have to agree I think it would be damaged merchandise. But that's just me. Thanks for the reply. I'll go check it out.

Check the Gecko forums. Pangea has a forum, Geckos Unlimited is a forum, Repashy has a forum, etc.
There's always Fauna Classifieds as well. (I'm not a fan of kingsnake.com)

Your best bet to find what you're looking for, from a reputable breeder, is one of the gecko forums.

Crested Geckos lose their tails for a number of reasons, but mostly due to stress, from being housed with other geckos, handled when they're stressed out, etc.
Unfortunately, since Cresteds don't grow their tail back, they have "frog butt" for the rest of their lives.

A gecko wagging/wiggling its tail is a sign that it is stressed/aggrivated, & is going to throw its tail.

Olives were very popular a while ago but are much less so now. Finding a really good one could take some searching.

Ok that's good to know. So basically even if it was shipped perfectly they could still loos there tails. I'll talk to him and tell him of the site. Thank you all so much for the help.

I've not had that happen, but I suppose if during shipping they were handled very poorly, they could lose their tails.
