Waukesha WI show update

We had our first show in Waukesha . We hade 44 vendors and they all said it was a good first show. Not what we were hoping for. We had the city health department and animal control out. It has been brought up to us that we had someone or someone's in WI sent them to the show. With all the trouble we are having with the laws they are trying to pass we need to put on a strong front and not steer up a bunch of untrue crap. All went very well with all the inspector that were there. Were you there and what did you get.

Wasn't there, just wanted to say that I lived in Waukesha for a few years!! I miss Culvers and apparently I'm also missing out on the Herpetoculture scene!

Too bad you guys had problems with institutions. I would come out there and raise a reptile loving fist for ya if I was anywhere near Wisconsin!

I had a great day all round. I got to visit with my friends from the Great White North and I sold some animals. The inspectors who visited our table were very nice and seemed genuinely interested in learning about the animals. No issues what-so-ever with regard to the health certificates; they didn't even ask to see mine. Anything good takes time and effort. I know you were disappointed with the turn out Scott but to be honest I was pleasantly surprised. I thought for certain the place would be dead being it was a first show and all. I actually brought busy work in case it was and I never even got to dig it out. LOL
Thanks for you efforts! I look forward to future shows.

Terri

I didn't know about the show in Waukesha until just a few days beforehand, so did not have money available, or time available to make it. I hope to make it in the future though.
