Last October we had a baby escape. We had only had him for a little over a month and I thought he was a goner when we didn't find him within the first couple of weeks. Our snake room is in the basement and the winter temps at floor level are about 60. He must have brumated through the winter because my daughter just found him in her room 15 minutes ago, alive and well. We now have one very small, thirsty and hungry amel stripe adjusting to life in his viv again. Yeaaaaaaaaaaa.

Congrats on finding your baby! I think I would have considered it a goner after all this time also. Glad he's doing well.
