Artz and Snakez
We bought a few racks for the snakes this spring, so we had several vivs left empty. We have been talking about getting something other than snakes to fill a few of them, and our daughter finally decided on crested geckos (and a beardie, but that will have to wait)

First added was Pumpkin Spice. I went to Petco yesterday intending only to get supplies for the little buggers, and ended up talking to the reptile manager there...who really impressed me with the depth of her knowledge on the reptiles she handled (she also grilled me about what kind of set-up I had available before she would sell me the gecko. Yes, I thanked her :))

He's just a little one, but absolutely adorable. I fell in love with him and brought him home with me.

Our other gecko arrived this morning. My daughter had chosen one online that she really wanted, so this is Charmeleon (first photo, fired up. Second photo, fired down)

They are in adjacent tanks currently, occasionally peeking through the many vines decorating the interior. I adore my snakes, but these little guys are so freaking cute :)
