Now...would that be axanthic? She is awesome...and yes, that demon is great.

Yeah Chris, she's an axanthic florida king.
What's really awesome is I found her in a pet shop labeled as a florida king and priced right! I think I only spoke 2 sentences that day. Both of them questions.

Can I see her?

Do you have a deli cup? :grin01:

Sounds like when I got my florida. They asked me if I knew why she would be biting everyone, and I said, "Not without getting bittenand knowing why she's biting me." So I held her and she didn't bite me. I went home with her...paid $20 for her, and got a free coconut shell hide and branch, too!

I'm Stupid...

What's the difference between a 'regular' Florida king and an axanthic Florida king?

Nice snake, BTW.

Not a stupid question at all! Axanthic kings are merely lacking the yellow pigment. It is somewhat similar to anerythristic in corns. :wavey:

If you say so...(she's blue!)

I am bored at work, so I am picking out new snakes for people. I already picked out a pair of reduced pattern Goini for Galen. I can't decide who should get this- Mike or Chris. The guy (on ks.com) is calling it a "Jelly" and saying it's similar to an ultra corn...]

Opinion, Mike?

Did you take a photography class recently? You photos keep getting better and better. What a gorgeous girl! I've pretty much made up my mind that I'm going to get a pair of axanthic FLs this season...

From what I understand, Jelly is a complex mutation.
There is a morph called Peanut Butter which is believed to be a form of hypo that is allelic to a certain type of amel gene known as T negative?
Anyway, a Peanut Butter x T negative amel results in what they call Jelly.
Beyond that, I know not. Kinda sounds similar to Ultra in corns :shrugs:

uh, HELLO?
