What have I gotten myself into?

Thanks for the kind words guys! She still has a good deal of loose skin giving her a little bit of an emaciated look...but I assure you she is anything but. She's probably my oldest corn...estimated somewhere around 10, so I'm just glad I could get her somewhat healthy again.

Wow! Morbidly obese snake transformed into normal looking snake! That is amazing. Wish it worked the same way for people.

She looks thin, must be from all the excess skin that was "left behind". Looks 100X better. Great job!

Yeah...as I posted the pics I noticed she did look a little gaunt....but I assure you she isn't. It's odd, her belly is actually slightly caved in...and was even before when she still had the hips. I think that amount of weight gain causes all sorts of physiological changes...low muscle tone, extra skin, etc.

Wow, never seen any snake that over weight. Glad to see she is doing alright and being taken care of appropriately.

Drew, I am utterly amazed and also PROUD to be on a forum with the likes of you. I can't believe the difference in that girl. Absolutely amazing.

So...I have hips like the "before" picture. Maybe I need to hire you as MY trainer!
THIS THIS THIS! You did an amazing job!

WOW Great Job ! It's encouraging to know that every "rescue project" is not a lost cause and there are happy endings.

WOW. That is an amazing transformation! You have done so much for her to make her healthy! Kudos to you!!

Give me hope that I can get my rescue guy lookin good. Reminds me to handle him while watching Destination Truth tonight too lol.
