What is a vanishing cornsnake?

If you do a search for "Ruby" you will see that in nearly every picture of her, for more than a year, she has a triangle head! She's just cranky. Many immitate, but none are as persistant as she is!! I love her for it...Every once in a while you'll see someone post a new hatchling that is triangle-heading. It's so cute! That is why we then call them hatelings!! Oh, if you see a cornsnake demonstrating this behaviour, and persist in handling them, it is very likely you will get struck at and possibly bitten.

Ohhhhh i get it now. Sorry i never new, my girl just rattles her tail or hides her head (body still sticks out) now i have somthing else to look out for, thank you chaps:cheers:

Heres a female striped ghost ....

I guess this snake, Pepper, is still striped. I think I can see a stripe. It's difficult, though. Or maybe he is patternless. I can't tell! This is Ruby's future husband, BTW.

That gorgeous piece of peachiness has stripes hiding somewhere...maybe? He's STUNNING!

Thank you Susan! He was "rattled" at being disturbed for a picture. That is not in his routine!
