What kind of snake is this?

I still think it's a red striped ribbon snake as opposed to a garter. Ribbons have 3 distinct stripes wereas a garter snakes lateral stripes tend to blend into the belly. Here are a couple of pics of a red striped ribbon.

It does look very similar to both the Diablo Garter and a Red-Stripe Ribbon. Hard to say.

I did check the profile of the individual posting the video, and their MySpace link. Both Profiles say they are from Calgary, Alberta Canada. Calagray is very muchin the southwestern portion of Canada. Diablo Range garters are absolutely found there. I'm not sure if RedStripe Ribbon snakes are found there or not. I guess oif both are in the area, it could be either...

Anyone know the habitat range for Red Stripe Ribbons? From what I can see, the redstripe is found more in the central part of the US and Canada, not the western...but I don't know for sure...
