One to two mice a week is fine, and you could spread that out further if you wanted, like every 10-14 days. Captive kept corns lead a life of leisure; there's only so far they can crawl, so they do a lot of nothing, just curled up digesting the last easy meal it didn't have to hunt for. A good eating corn can get a varied diet, such as small rats, baby quail or chickens, etc. There is always the reported risk that it will find one prey item it prefers and not go back to what you may have been feeding it. Fwiw I have one corn that does not like mice, but loves rat fuzzies and week old quail. My other's eat mice, with an ocassional small rat or baby quail...
