Whisper and Sterling ~ Hypo Pewter

Here's the pair of Hypo Pewter's I got back in July, I'm looking forward to seeing how these progress

First up is Whisper, the female, who seems to have slightly feinter saddle borders at the moment........

Beautiful! They do keep that slightly lilac sheen until adulthood btw. Sometimes in the right light Greit looks purpley!

Thank you Elle! It's good to know they will keep some of that pretty colour, I do so admire your Griet! I also hope that my photography skills improve, so that I'm able to catch their true colours

Thank you! I think that it was a long ago post of yours that got me thinking of using that name, if I ever got a grey snake, so I hope you don't mind? Also my Grandparents lived in a road called "Stirling Road", yes it's spelt different, but I always liked the sound of it

Yeah! I got mine from Rich at Daytona, only roughly 10-12 grams right now. She seems to be a bit darker than yours. I'm thinking it might of been a mislabel. Not sure though :/

I just went and looked at your pics, she definitely seems to be a Hypo Pewter, well at least to my untrained eye. She is way too light to be a straight up Pewter, have you seen my thread, "Penny ~ Pewter", she's a lot lot darker. Also your pics are in natural light, mine were taken indoors and most with flash which always makes them look even lighter. I'll try for better pics once they've gained a little more weight

When I look at my girl indoors she looks darker, after looking at those pictures in my thread again, I can see the hypo.
