Is there a way to hide the deceased and sold option from your public page? I thought I saw one I couldnt access because it was hidden.

I'm not saying that I don't like them showing on my page, I'm talking about the printable worksheet, it lists the sold & deceased animals.
You edit to make the sold or deceased animal as "private", so it doesn't show to the public.

It's pretty easy. You just create your whole clutches, and then when you batch feed a group, you just click yes or no if they eat or not. If you have one or two that don't eat, then you just go into their section and make the note that they refused on that day.I've tracked bunches of babies that way and multiple clutches and litters. Each clutch has their own group if I want to do it that way.It's really not a problem at all. I keep track of more than 30 separate animals, their clutches or litters, and breeding info.

I like the option of the printable worksheet, because I use it as a checkoff list, when I need to figure out what items to thaw out, & I check the animal off when I feed it.
It keeps the animals in the groups they are separated into, list the names, last date fed, food type/size, & you can check off the def/shed/clean boxes as well, which I don't use as often, but overall I like the printable worksheet alot.
As far as copying the info for buyers, I just transfer the whole thing to the new owner, so they get all of my tracking, as well as progression pics, etc.
I think I may make a separate section for deceased/sold animals, & move it to the bottom of the list, so they're not in other areas on my printout.

I do transfer if the owner is on iherp, but when I sell at a show I always create paperwork with hatch or birth dates, parents names, registration numbers if they have them, hatch or birth weight and a copy of their feed/shed records. Not everyone keeps track of that sort of thing, but I always provide the information to my buyers. It's certainly easier when they are a member though!
