WIR - Nov 22/09 - Nov 28/09 Part 1

Asbit

So Many Morphs...
This is the first time I have done a WIR, so I hope I can live up high quality of work done by the other WIR writers. Even without any events on the calendar it’s been a busy week here on the forum, so much going on! Here goes.

New Members – New member registrations didn’t exactly crash the server, but that’s ok(less work for me).:nyah: I’m guessing Wade was hard at work scaring all the potential members away with his insanity, I told them not to let him out on good behaviour!!:roflmao: Honestly, though a warm and sincere welcome to our 8 newbies: katt013, reptidude1, Dinah, Papa Bear, tRouser_the _sNake, jessicaatinaa, bobtu, Christoffer90

Common Terms finally became a sticky. So many people have worked on this list for quite some time to help out the new members, so that they could better understand the language (terminology & abbreviations) used in posts. Hopefully as people learn about this list they will direct our new members to it so they can make the most of the great information here. If you have not had a chance to check it out, one of our great Mods(Thank You Susan) has placed it in: Husbandry and Basic care, The Cultivars(morphs)/Genetics Issues and in Miscellaneous Corn Snake Discussions.

Birthdays this week were numerous. I have only mentioned those who have been on the forum at some point this year. Wishing a very “Corny Hatch Day” to all. I apologize if I missed anyone.

Unfortunately, Houdinis’ Ghost has been at it again this week, this time he made a visit over sees to the UK and taught Philramsays’ young snake Sid how to escape. Who knew Houdini was a magician and a snake whisperer! Last report the little wormling was still on the loose.

Here are a few interesting threads to visit:

Now for the part I am sure a lot of you came here for, the photos - Ok I really tried to not leave anyone’s photos out but some just were not of very good quality and were hard to see. As well this section was getting so big. So what I decided to do was to post single pics of some of the best, or most interesting photos and for those who had multiple photos, I either chose one I really liked or put in the link to the thread. I apologize if I left someone out I had no intention to offend.
