    Yearling lavender/hypo lavenders

Hi Corn-experts! A friend of mine entrusted me with a clutch of Lavenders from last year... Dame- Lavender, no info about other hets Sire(to our knowledge, Hypo Lavender- no info about possible hets): So... there are a few babies that look a tad different, don't know if there's anything...

Migration thoughts- where would you go?

So... I spoke about it in the past, and it's a bit of ways off, but... my wife and I want to leave Israel... lots of reason... primarily stress and the fact that making it is infinitely more expansive to live here than in other countries... this is not an opinion, these are just facts anyone can...

So... who feels like counting down with me?

I am uber-excited here, I have been waiting for this for well over a year, and finally, we have just a few more weeks to go! I have to say, this is one nice ride to be on since my friend is the breeder and he's making sure to make this a very unforgettable experience... So... several months...

So... life happened(lots of pics, sorry)

Actually, it's just an excuse... I grew tired of keeping too many snakes, not really succeeding with Boas(people who try to breed Boas in central Israel seem to run into frequent difficulties) and I kind of started getting interested in lizards... So I decided to make a change a few months...

    Herp-people from New York

Hey everyone, I have a friend that's on a visit to the US. I was wondering if there's a store worth visiting or perhaps an exhibition in the very near future there? Also, any keeper in the area who keeps Phelsuma geckos? He would like to make the most out of the trip and sadly he didn't think...

    The woes of Marshmallow

It turned out kind of silly, so I thought I'd make a "strip" of it. "Oh I am SO going to get you for this" "Get if offfffff" "Oh it's no use" "*Sigh*" And might as well introduce a pair of new pets, 1.1 2013 MBK

    Crypto Awareness

I from time to time stumble upon keepers' practices and videos on youtube and facebook that make me seriously cringe. Not everyone had the distinct pleasure of having most of their collection decimated by Cryptosporidium, so it's understandable why I would be a bit more cautious than others...

    High White Cali project!

I was kind of skeptic that I'll manage to establish a pair of these here... with the way imports are so dissorganized and without much of a direction. I found this gal eventually: AND, I saw this fella at a really good price. It was supposed to be a female, but for the price I reckoned it'll...

    Tesseras or hybrids

No, please don't hang me... I am not trying to stir any pots. Israel, as some of you might have heard from me by now, is dependent on irregular imports, usually done by less than expert importers. I know for a -fact- that quite a few people create hybrids and sell them as pure corns... needless...

These hatched from a clutch of two Aneries...(sold as Aneries at least). In the last picture there's an eye closeup but it's too dark... technically, her eyes are just as seen above, blue, with a red iris Are these an Anery and a ghost?

Well... I officially have way more snakes than ever... *le sigh*... I would complain more if I wasn't so happy about it  So... thought I'd share some updates... I have a new pair of Albino Gopher snakes... Awesome critters. My Amazon Tree Boas went through really difficult times...
