got banned from k mart.

they will do what they can to cover up all his/her transgressions until after he/she has signed the contract and swore the oath.

But after they sign, then is it a different story? I have a lot of friends/family who either are serving or have during my lifetime, and I have never encountered this before. I do not know the details of all of their enlistments. But I do know that during their time actually enlisted they all seem to be very careful to not get into any kind of trouble, because they do not want to face any repercussions from their commanding officers. It seemed to me (from my impression of their lives and such) that once you are enlisted it is even more important to stay out of trouble, because you may end up in trouble also with the military. I did know that some recruiters would occasionally help out to help enlistment. But I did not realize that it was rampant.

It's called an "Article 15" That occurs when your enlisted and usually a soldier will lost pay and privileges. Can even cost them rank.

So you bullied a girl at her work, caused a big scene at your girl friends work, and then got your boss to come with you to further bully the k-mart employees.

If I were that girl, I would have a restraining order on you. Just leave her alone.

I would like to know what's SO intimidating about him. Just looking at his profile pic, I'm not seeing it...

Guys who walk into a K-mart and start mouthing off all over the place tend to be intimidating because they seem strung out, or crazy, or both. Who knows what they'll do? Being worried some messed up dude is going to assault you at your place of work can be supprisingly intimidating for somepeople. Not you though, Josh. Not me either. :fullauto:

When presenting yourself as threatening, some people will perceive you that way. I dont for one second belive his version of events, and am sure the store was totally justified in all thier actions, its too bad that they're forced to deal with him after this point. Working with the public sucks for this very reason.

I suggest we all take a step back and have a drink.
This thread is spiraling downward in an alarming rate... better not be there when it crashes.

Koko's good too I suppose, for the few people who actually know what kokopelli stands for :p

I never did understand why the Jewish guy gets to have the Native American fertility god avatar.

Lack of respect for the chain of command. Yep, you'll go far in the military. Maybe even as far as the potato-peeling section.
